It can be as simple as choosing a different belief and adjusting your set-point of confidence. The first step is to become conscious of your thoughts, your feelings and your body.
I’ve found that indicators that affect my overall state of inner being are a glimpse into what is happening in my outer life, personally, professionally and financially. It takes discipline to notice and then to apply what I see to making a new choice.
