Anne Noonan – Anne Noonan Yoga

Qualified yoga, meditation, food and nutrition coach and certified diabetes food advisor, Anne Noonan, believes aging is optional.  Her passion is to share the knowledge that with the right food, yoga and positive speak, women can maintain their vitality no matter how many candles are on the birthday cake.

In this interview Anne provides valuable advice on what foods age and what holds back the clock. She provides insight into how to change the way we define aging and foster positive speak which controls how our bodies age in the second half and third act of our lives.

In her words…“I am hoping to inspire women to stop paying attention to their age number and be fearless about making changes in their lives and to celebrate their wrinkles, life experiences and knowledge.”
